Lancaster, California is growing fast and is now the 4th largest city in California. Which means business opportunities!

I’m going back to old school networking and building my network that way. I’m taking the way I advertise back to direct mail (one thing people do is check their mail), posters on street corners and available internet platforms to build my network person by person that I actually meet. Live inspiration is the way to go — ultimately when building a longevity network.

Social media is great, but real human contact is better.

Networking is real and I had to find out the hard way. These days we have no choice but to network with other people. I’m talking about face to face and shaking another person’s hand. Looking another person in the eye and building genuine business relationships with people. You have to do it. Hiding behind your computer or social media thinking you are going to earn the cash you really want is a dream! Even those on the internet that do well they interact with real people face to face. You have to communicate with people so you might as well network with people you like.

It all starts with getting off your butt and networking! This networking group that I’m creating is for go getters that know that life doesn’t end at 5pm. Come out and meet some new faces and talk with enthusiastic energetic professionals. Discuss your business or aspirations! Then get up on Friday morning ready to take on the world!

3 Short Sessions March 21st — Session size 10–25 Professionals:

Morning Networking for early birds — 10:00am–12pm

Mid afternoon Networking 12:30pm — 2:30pm

Comfy Evening Networking 3:00pm — 5:00pm

Get Off Your Butt Itinerary:

1. Personality test 15 minutes - Every person will be given a “color” personality test. I agree with Big Al Schreiter that most people fall within one of the four color personalities, red, blue, green and yellow. Come find out which one you are so that you can understand yourself better and communicate with people on another level.

2. Personal introductions from each person in the room (5 minutes). Yes you must stand before the group and tell us about you, your business, your aspirations or whatever you want the network to know about you.

Break 10 minutes

3. Steph discusses:

  1. What is Network marketing? It’s not a pyramid scheme. 10 minutes
  2. How do you earn money on-line? Hint it doesn’t happen overnight. 10 minutes
  3. Self image matters 10 minutes

Network and Mingle 30 minutes

The goal is to make Thursdays Network day in Lancaster!
