Business Owners & Everybody Watch Out For Spammers/Cyber Criminals!!

Dear Business Owners and Consumers,

It’s ok to do business on-line, I guess sort of get used to it, but be more cautious of spammers and cyber criminals.

As a business owner I want you to be aware of scammers, on artist etc.:

Here’s 6 Tips -

1) Speak to a live person with a real phone number that you can call them back on. Not Google voice or text.

2) Do not respond to text that say “they want to verify it’s you” on your ads. This is a redflag.

3) Do not do any payroll transactions AT ALL unless you can confirm who and if the company is real

4) No not give your personal info out without a real face, number, website or even there ip address

5) Just because they have a website doesn’t make them real go search whoiswho on godaddy or on google search and verify the website creation date.

6) It’s ok to trust people just check them out — Especially payroll!

www.Flat Rate Bookkeeping and Taxes.com we’ve been around 15 years.

Call me if you have questions.

Thanks!
